At 36mm in diameter, this 18k yellow gold case houses a beautiful yellow gold colored sunburst silver dial with applied indices and a matching pencil handset, a signed, recessed crown, and Patek's Calibre 27-SC automatic-winding movement.

It comes in outstanding condition including its original Patek Philippe leather strap, Patek Phillipe 18k yellow gold buckle and Patek Philippe Extract of Archives.
